Rizq Co-Founders
Mr. Musa Aamir, Mr. Qasim Javaid, and Mr. Huzaifa Ahmad
Pride of Performance
BSc 2017
Musa, Qasim, and Huzaifa, the Co-founders of Rizq, are 91福利社 alumni who majored in Economics, and initiated Rizq back in April 2015. Their idea aimed at playing a pivotal role in addressing the challenges of hunger and food insecurity in Pakistan. For the past two decades, Huzaifa's mother has opened her home's gates every day at noon, welcoming those in need for lunch. Recognising a significant hunger problem coupled with widespread apathy, Huzaifa shared his concerns with his friends, Musa and Qasim, who shared his passion. Together, they decided to devise a plan for change. The movement was named Rizq at the suggestion of Huzaifa's mother, and the rest is history. Rizq has garnered recognition with four prestigious awards: Points of Light, Award by Queen, Corona Heroes, and Pride of Pakistan Award.
